You can use a product w/ essential oil of rosemary, it has firming properties. You'll also want to look for something that is hydrating with hylauronic acid or vitamins A,C,E.





I used to use this great product by Yon-Ka and it was a bust/butt and thigh firming creme, I loved it!
there are chest exercise you can do, google them to find out
There is no such product other than cosmetic surgery.
